- Oversee coordination and communication with canteen personnel, janitorial personnel, pest control, technicians, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage inventory of tools and equipment used by maintenance and janitorial personnel; track and monitor borrowed tools to ensure proper usage and timely return.
- Assist in documentation, recording, and reviewing quality forms and service reports to maintain compliance and operational standards.
- Support scheduling and follow-up of maintenance activities and pest control services to ensure facilities remain clean, safe, and functional.

- Maintain accurate records and files related to personnel, services, and quality monitoring within the admin department.
Qualifications
- College graduate
- Preferably has a background in SAP
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail in inventory and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination abilities to liaise effectively with various service personnel.
- Basic understanding of facility maintenance and janitorial service requirements.
- Proficiency in office software for documentation and record management.
Work Environment:
- Administrative office setting interfacing with facility service teams.
- Regular interaction with canteen, janitorial, pest control, and maintenance staff.
- Handling and organizing physical inventory including tools and supplies.
