  1. Receiving and Inspection:

  2. Receive incoming shipments of goods.

  3. Verify the accuracy of shipments by comparing them to packing lists or purchase orders.

  4. Inspect and report any damaged or missing items.

  5. Inventory Management:

  6. Properly label and store received goods in designated locations.

  7. Update inventory records using inventory management software.

  8. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits.

  9. Order Picking and Packing:

  10. Pick products from storage areas according to customer orders.

  11. Ensure items are correctly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment.

  12. Maintain high standards for order accuracy and completeness.

  13. Shipping and Receiving:

  14. Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists and shipping labels.

  15. Load goods onto delivery vehicles, ensuring safe and secure transportation.

  16. Coordinate with carriers and couriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

  17. Material Handling:

  18. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.

  19. Move and organize goods within the warehouse to optimize space utilization.

  20. Safety and Cleanliness:

  21. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

  22. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  23. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly.

  24. Communication:

  25. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

  26. Notify management of any discrepancies, issues, or delays in warehouse operations.

  27. Quality Control:

  28. Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.

  29. Report and address any quality issues or product defects.

  30. Housekeeping:

  31. Keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

  32. Properly disposing of packaging materials and waste.

  33. Teamwork:

  34. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.

  35. Assisting with training new hires, if necessary.

  36. Adherence to Policies and Procedures:

  37. Following company policies and procedures related to safety, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

  38. Data Entry and Documentation:

  39. Recording and maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions.

  40. Using computer systems and software to track inventory and process orders.

  41. Continuous Improvement:

  42. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in warehouse operations.

  43. Providing feedback and suggestions to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
