About the role

Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Staff to join our distribution team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for the efficient and organised management of our warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Receive, unload, sort and store incoming goods and materials
  • Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
  • Maintain strict inventory control and reporting
  • Assist with stock takes and cycle counts
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and well-organised at all times
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and scanners
  • Work collaboratively with the wider logistics team to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Proficient with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
  • Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to your work
