Job Summary:

Provides assistance in the picking, order consolidation, receiving, physical issuance, transfer and delivery of products to clinics or customers as well as inventory monitoring and maintenance of warehouse stocks. Responsible for using forklift/pallet jack to locate and accurately pull products and prepare pallets according to order for retail store delivery while adhering to all safety and sanitation requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Attends to timely and accurate picking, order consolidation, packing and loading/dispatching of products for delivery and shipment and sees to it that all issuances are properly documented.

    Verifies and checks correctness of transaction versus documents.
  2. Accurately selects product from warehouse inventory to be stocked in the repack flow lane.
  3. Maneuvers pallet jack to stack products onto pallets securely for delivery to store.
  4. Stacks product on pallets in accordance with Company procedures. Stages pallets onto loading dock.
  5. Uses warehouse communication system to locate and pull products for retail store orders in an accurate, productive, and safe manner.
  6. Ensures cases, bales, and containers contain appropriate labels, tags, and information.
  7. Conducts regular physical inventory count of assigned warehouse locations to ensure accuracy of record versus actual physical stocks at all times. Assists in the resolution of inventory variances at assigned warehouse location.
  8. Handles toll-packing activity inside the warehouse i.e. repacking, labelling, bundling and etc.
  9. Assists in the receipt of rejected products and returns from the clinics, validation of documents vs. actual stocks, and physical transfer to warehouse location.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any 2 year vocational course or High School Graduate
  • With at least 1 - 2 years of experience as Warehouse Staff
