How You'll Grow

This is an ideal opportunity for a technically minded creative who wants to stay ahead of the curve in real-time visualization and VR storytelling. You'll expand your mastery of Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, and real-time rendering pipelines while pioneering new workflows for Apple Vision Pro and emerging visualization platforms. Expect mentorship from industry experts, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and the freedom to experiment and set new standards.

Your First-Year Impact

Within your first 90 days, you'll produce compelling 3D and VR visuals using SketchUp, Revit, and Enscape for active projects. By month six, you'll streamline cross-platform workflows, enabling our teams to deliver consistent, cinematic-quality visuals. Within your first year, you'll have built a visual content library, authored best practices for render pipelines, and trained teammates in cutting-edge visualization techniques.

You thrive on finding elegant, efficient ways to make complex models come alive — whether that means optimizing assets in Blender or crafting animations in Unreal.
