We're looking for a Product Specialist for Tiles & Surfaces — someone with a strong foundation in interior design or architecture, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a drive to bridge creativity with technical expertise.

What You'll Do


• Represent and promote Dexterton's world-class tile and surface brands to architects, designers, and developers.


• Provide design and technical guidance on product selection and applications.


• Manage product displays, samples, and specifications to ensure a visually compelling and informative presentation.


• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and care.


• Support the sales and marketing teams through training, presentations, and product launches.


• Stay ahead of design and material trends, helping position Dexterton as the authority in curated surfaces.

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (required).


• 1–3 years of experience in design, specification, or material sales (tiles, stones, or surfaces preferred).


• Strong visual and spatial sense with excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and design-driven.


• A genuine passion for interiors, architecture, and materials.
