We seeking a motivated and confident Site Acquisition Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a career in telecommunications, project coordination, and field operations. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.

The position requires strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to engage effectively with property owners, LGUs, and other external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential sites for tower installations
  • Conduct site inspections and preliminary surveys
  • Coordinate and negotiate with property owners, brokers, and local authorities
  • Prepare and submit required documentation, reports, and permits
  • Work closely with internal teams for project updates and approvals
  • Ensure timely completion of site acquisition tasks
  • Maintain strong professional representation of the company during field activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • No experience required — comprehensive training will be provided
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and confident presence suitable for client-facing interactions
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Can work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
