About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Financial Manager to lead and manage the financial health of our commissary operations. The role will be responsible for budgeting, cost control, inventory management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage food production costing and inventory valuation.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports for management decisions.
  • Supervise and guide the accounting/finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA is an advantage).
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in food/commissary operations.
  • Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
