About the role

AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.' is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (Travel Account) to join their dynamic team in Rosario Pasig City Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to customers within the travel industry. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the overall customer experience and contributing to the company's continued success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  2. Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner
  3. Provide accurate information about the company's products and services, as well as policies and procedures
  4. Assist customers with booking, modifying, or cancelling travel arrangements
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and any changes that may impact customer needs

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the travel industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  6. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer needs
  7. Fluency in English and Filipino, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
