About the Role:

We are a fast-paced public relations agency in Makati seeking an experienced 
HR Consultant
 to lead and execute employee training and development initiatives. This consultant will design and facilitate targeted learning sessions that enhance team performance, communication, and leadership—tailored to the creative and collaborative nature of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a rapid training needs assessment aligned with agency goals and culture
  • Develop and implement customized training modules and workshops (e.g., team dynamics, communication, leadership)
  • Facilitate and organize engaging in-person and virtual sessions that resonate with diverse PR and creative professionals
  • Partner with agency leadership to ensure training supports team growth and organizational objectives
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide clear post-session reports and recommendations
  • Provide expert insights on best practices in people development

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, training, or organizational development
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, especially with creative teams
  • Experience working with agencies or media/communications organizations is a plus
  • Able to commit to a hybrid setup: onsite in Makati at least ONCE per week, remote work for the rest
  • Available to engage on a 3-month consultancy basis

Nice to Have:

  • L&D certifications or coaching credentials
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of a PR, advertising, or creative agency environment
