Accounting Officer

Makati City | Full-time | Hybrid (One Day WFH)

About the Role

Radix HR is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support accurate reporting. This role ensures the company's books are in order, helps maintain compliance, and provides key data for decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Handle general accounting processes: journal entries, reconciliations, payables, and receivables.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and schedules.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Ensure timely filing of government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or related course.
  • At least 2–3 years of accounting experience (general accounting or AP/AR).
  • Strong knowledge of PH taxation and compliance is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
