About the Role

We are looking for an Adhoc Senior Project Manager to support our events team from September to December 2025. This is a short-term assignment ideal for experienced professionals who can step in and manage event projects within tight schedules and budgets. The role will focus on ensuring smooth event execution, vendor coordination, and efficient delivery of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support event planning and execution for multiple projects within the contract period.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure event requirements are met.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and resolve any issues or deviations.
  • Oversee logistics including venue, transportation, catering, entertainment, decoration, and related needs.
  • Supervise on-site operations, vendors, and staff during event days.
  • Ensure production and fabrication align with event specifications.
  • Review vendor performance and bills for accuracy before approval.
  • Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Project/Event Manager.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Willingness to work long/irregular hours and travel to event sites when needed.

While this is a work-from-home arrangement, you shall be requested to attend a face to face meeting as needed.
