Job Summary:

We are looking for a Shift Maintenance Supervisor - Corrective who will oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient performance of all production machinery and equipment. This role plays a key part in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production efficiency.

Objectives:

  • Ensure the immediate repair of machinery to minimize production interruptions.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of major equipment to identify issues and necessary maintenance.
  • Improve machinery and equipment reliability through proactive maintenance and repair programs.
  • Maintain the value of equipment through regular inspections, timely repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Assist the production team in machine setup, including replacement of pelleting rollers, dies, sifter screens, and other parts.
  • Prepare and evaluate weekly maintenance schedules and allocate resources efficiently for work orders.
  • Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure cost compliance.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and equipment to support maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead maintenance personnel during assigned shifts.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with production to ensure smooth machine setup and operation.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance reports, logs, and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote safe work practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • PRC-licensed Electrical Engineer (required)
  • Experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and equipment operation
