
HR Assistant

We're looking for a detail-oriented and people-driven HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in managing daily HR operations. You'll play a key role in recruitment, employee records management, benefits processing, and ensuring smooth HR workflows that help our team grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation and monitor attendance.
- Process government contributions and benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Help organize company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with 1 year of HR experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Trustworthy, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
