We're looking for a detail-oriented and people-driven HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in managing daily HR operations. You'll play a key role in recruitment, employee records management, benefits processing, and ensuring smooth HR workflows that help our team grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation and monitor attendance.
  • Process government contributions and benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Help organize company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with 1 year of HR experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
