About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our growing team. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a digital environment and is passionate about designing visually engaging, user-friendly, and responsive websites.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing, development, and content teams to bring brand concepts to life through high-quality web design that enhances user experience and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, update, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Create visually appealing UI/UX designs and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
  • Optimize website layouts for speed, usability, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Ensure design consistency across all digital assets.
  • Conduct usability testing and collect feedback to continuously improve design performance.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in web design, preferably in a digital or creative agency environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate brand identity into cohesive digital experiences.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
