Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports the warehouse and logistics operations by coordinating supply chain activities such as inventory management, shipment scheduling, and communication with suppliers and internal teams. This role ensures smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within the supply chain.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain adequate stock and efficient warehouse space utilization.
  • Use warehouse management systems to track orders, stock movements, and maintain accurate data records.
  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to optimize workflows and address supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Support the preparation and processing of shipping documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in warehouse operations.
  • Assist in conducting inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
  • Report on key performance indicators related to warehouse and logistics activities.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn warehouse management and supply chain software.
  • Attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Physical ability to participate in warehouse activities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
