Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator

The Supply Chain Admin will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the logistics operations within the company. This includes managing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and organize logistics activities, including inbound and outbound transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations, to meet customer requirements and company objectives.

  2. Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs without compromising quality or service levels.

  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment to meet demand while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.

  4. Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to optimize logistics networks, resolve issues, and ensure seamless supply chain operations.

  5. Utilize logistics software and technology tools to track shipments, analyze data, and generate reports to support decision-making and performance evaluation.

  6. Enforce compliance with safety regulations, security protocols, and company policies to maintain a safe and secure working environment for all staff and assets.

  7. Evaluate performance metrics and KPIs to assess logistics operations' effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  8. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting logistics operations, and recommend adjustments to strategies and processes accordingly.

  9. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and professional growth among team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
