SALES ASSOCIATE - AYALA MALLS UP TOWN CENTER, DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY

Core Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to appropriate products.
  • Sales & Promotion: Suggesting items, processing sales transactions, and promoting products to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of products and services to answer customer questions effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Assisting with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and potentially managing inventory levels.
  • Store Operations: Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, potentially assisting with displays and signage.
  • Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling returns.
  • Payment Processing: Handling cash and card transactions, potentially using POS systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening are essential for interacting with customers.
  • Customer Service Skills: A customer-focused approach and the ability to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Sales Skills: The ability to engage customers, suggest items, and close sales.
