  • Organize and maintain the executive's schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Communications, Office Management, or any related field
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Ability to accept and understand instructions
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Outstanding communication and dealing abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • With integrity and always considering confidentiality
  • Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, prioritize tasks, and workload
  • Willing to work at Pasay City
