About the role

In this full-time position based in Central Visayas, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Undergo a comprehensive training programme to develop a broad understanding of our business, including operations, sales, marketing, and finance
  • Assist in the implementation of strategies and initiatives to drive growth and improve efficiency across our retail network
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Participate in the management of day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products and brand
  • Gather and analyse data to provide insights that inform business decisions
  • Participate in the development and execution of new product launches and brand initiatives

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and interact with customers
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative
  • Passion for the sports and retail industry with a keen interest in brand management and consumer behaviour
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
