Job Summary:

First Source World (FSW) is seeking a Trainee Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients in making informed decisions about their educational goals and career pathways. The Trainee Counsellor will work closely with the client to understand their individual needs and provide personalized guidance and support throughout the student visa application process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Social Media chat boxes and respond to client queries and concerns.

  • Provide individualized counseling to clients on education and career pathways, including college selection, student visa application procedures, and other queries regarding international studies.

  • Conduct assessments of the client's academic abilities, interests, goals, and financial capacity to identify potential areas of study and career pathways.

  • Assist the client in the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) and English exam requirements.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest education trends and industry developments to provide informed guidance to the client.

  • Must be a graduate in the field of Business, Sales, Human Resource, Education or Communication

  • Work from home but must be willing to relocate

  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday and on extended time if needed
