As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our diverse range of clients. Based in the vibrant city of Makati, this full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our dynamic recruitment agency.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively sourcing and screening qualified candidates for a variety of client roles, utilising various recruitment channels and platforms
  • Conducting comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills, experience and cultural fit
  • Maintaining a robust talent pipeline and effectively managing the candidate lifecycle
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Providing exceptional candidate experience and managing offers and onboarding
  • Utilising data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment KPIs
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc recruitment-related projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years' experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within an agency environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex recruitment challenges
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for talent management and a desire to contribute to the growth and development of individuals and organisations
