What You'll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers and the HC team to identify hiring needs and craft recruitment strategies.
  • Post job ads, manage sourcing channels, and creatively attract top candidates.
  • Review applications, conduct paper screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Lead initial interviews for entry-level roles and recommend top candidates for final interviews.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding logistics.
  • Maintain an organized applicant database and accurate documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every stage.
  • Support other HR initiatives and process improvements as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you love engaging with people.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Familiar with sourcing platforms e.g. Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed (nice to have)
  • Passionate about helping others grow and thrive in their careers.
