About the Project

Join our team — a dynamic group focused on driving operational excellence, business transformation, and process improvement across global initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and deliver impactful business outcomes for our clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support cross-functional project coordination, particularly for CRM-related initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable financial impact.
  • Oversee stakeholder management and maintain strong client relationships across global teams.
  • Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives using project management and Lean methodologies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in CRM platforms (LivePerson, Salesforce, or other similar tools)
  • Proven track record in Project Management, handling projects with financial impact
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management experience
  • Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification is preferred
  • BPO or consulting industry experience is an advantage
