Overview

We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy content creator who thrives in fast-moving environments. This role focuses on creating high-volume, trend-led content that directly fuels our social, eCommerce, and advertising channels. You will work with raw material (shoots, user-generated content, AI-generated outputs) and turn it into polished assets (videos, graphics, and motion) ready for immediate use across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Meta Ads, Klaviyo emails, and websites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Video & Creative Content

  • Use AI and digital tools to generate creative content, streamline workflows, and scale production efficiently.
  • Edit and produce engaging short-form video optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, and Meta Ads.
  • Create static and motion graphics tailored for performance marketing on Meta Ads, Klaviyo emails, and websites.
  • Translate social media and platform trends into brand-appropriate, sales-driven content.
  • Plan and deliver content aligned with campaign launches and seasonal marketing calendars.
  • Collaborate in fast feedback cycles to refine assets with quick turnaround times.

What Success Looks Like (Initial Phase)

  • Assets are brand-ready with minimal revision.
  • Content supports engagement and sales outcomes.
  • Strong alignment with brand identity and campaign direction.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in video editing, short-form content creation, and graphic design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects (plus Photoshop/Illustrator for supporting assets)
  • Proficiency with AI creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, ChatGPT for copy assistance).
  • Demonstrated ability to create content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Meta Ads.
  • Skilled in producing static and motion graphics for email campaigns (Klaviyo) and eCommerce sites.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand style guides.
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands with different visual identities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables with quick turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and performance marketing content is an advantage.

Working Style

  • Collaborate with Marketing & Design teams via Email, Asana, Dropbox.
  • Work to weekly task lists and deadlines, with flexibility for urgent campaign requests.
  • Provide draft concepts for review and refine based on feedback.
  • Stay organized and detail-oriented in file management and version control.
  • Bring a proactive, creative, and solutions-focused mindset to every project.
