About the role

ARKCOR INC' is seeking a talented CSR AGENT WFH SET UP ( Telco Account) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, virtual role based in Guadalupe Cebu City Cebu. As a CSR Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Telco clients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to the highest standard
  4. Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  6. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer experience and identify process efficiencies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Telco industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  5. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment
