About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking a CITI FINANCIAL ACCOUNT BPO AGENT to join our team in Angeles City Pampanga. This full-time role will allow you to work from home and be a crucial part of delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound calls from customers of our Citi Financial services
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on Citi Financial products and services
  4. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team or department as needed
  5. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as required
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive customer inquiries
  2. Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  3. Previous experience working in a call centre or customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  6. Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with Citi Financial products and services is an advantage
