We're seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Marketing Associate to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and qualified leads.

A candidate who has solid experience with website updates, SEO for website, Linkedin activity, and Google ads. This person will play key role in shaping our voice in the market, working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to position our AI software as the go-to solution in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, email, and paid media to generate qualified pipeline.

  • Create and execute a strategy for Red Sky's Linkedin activity to generate warm interest and brand awareness

  • Having a good understanding of using Google ads, then executing on Google ad campaigns to generate B2B interest online.

  • Collaborate with product marketing to craft compelling messaging and value propositions for AI-powered products.

  • Manage marketing automation, CRM integrations, lead scoring, and nurture flows to optimize demand generation.

  • Create, curate, and distribute content (blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies) that educates and converts.

  • Use graphic design and AI tools to create web sites and presentations.

  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs such as MQLs, conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost.

  • Lead SEO/SEM, website optimization, and online advertising initiatives to boost visibility and traffic.

  • Stay current on AI trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategy.Secondary skills:

  • Coordinate and represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences.
    • Manage vendors, freelancers, and agencies supporting marketing programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
