Are you passionate about digital advertising and campaign management? Join our team and play a key role in building, optimizing, and supporting display advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll manage the full campaign lifecycle—pre-sale avails, setup, optimization, and reporting—while collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and production partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels (display, mobile, video, OTT/CTV, audio, email) using DSPs such as TradeDesk, , Centro, and Bridge.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, Conversions, Impressions Won) and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Manage live campaign requests and escalations via Freshdesk/email, ensuring timely client communication and issue resolution.
  • Support pre-sale avails by validating campaign details (targeting, budgets, timelines) and recommend tactics/platforms for renewals and upsell opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience building and managing campaigns on Display platforms (O&O) is required.
  • Experience with TradeDesk or similar tools is a strong plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong attention to detail, project coordination, and communication skills
  • Able to work night shift and has a reliable internet connection for remote work setup.
