Job Description

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for responsible for building digital advertising proposals/media plans, and providing support to our clients and our production teams including setting up, administering of campaigns, handling new advertisers and new technologies, creating reports, as well as troubleshooting issues.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up, review, and manage digital campaigns across programmatic, social, and search platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client standards and formats.
  • Calculate campaign budgets using approved CPM rates/bids and update setups to reflect client revisions as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Field Sales Team to meet order delivery requirements, managing client requests and ensuring orders progress smoothly in AIMS and Titan.
  • Oversee campaign components, including pixel placement and access, ensuring all elements align with client instructions.
  • Prepare media planning proposals with complete targeting details, budget calculations, and compliance with platform policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communication or equivalent
  • Strong sense of accountability and work ethic, keen attention to details, highly analytical and data-driven
  • 1-2 years of experience in developing media plans or trafficking programmatic, social media or search campaigns is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on a night shift
