About the Role
PR Head is responsible for defining and driving strategic communication initiatives that elevate brand reputation, engage key stakeholders, and secure meaningful media coverage. They lead the development and execution of PR plans—including budgeting, timelines, content creation, and influencer management—while maintaining alignment with corporate goals and ensuring consistency across all touch-points. Utilizing strong external media relationships and internal collaboration, the role serves as both a spokesperson and advisor to senior leadership, managing daily PR operations, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining high standards of professional PR practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the organization's public relations (PR) efforts and oversee all related activities to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR plan, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage influencers who endorse the brand and build meaningful relationships with media and stakeholders.
- Respond to and fulfill all media inquiries promptly and uphold the highest professional PR standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and senior leadership to ensure an organized and efficient workflow across the organization.
- Ensure that all data, sheets, accounts, and other PR-related materials are well-organized, up to date, and reflect accurate information.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven 3 - 5 years experience in a senior PR role, ideally leading a team or function.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling narratives.
- Strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key external stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills: able to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and budgets.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accurate records and materials.
