The Role

We're seeking a driven and resourceful Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline by leveraging your skills in events planning, project implementation, partnership initiation, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, incorporating a variety of techniques like events, social media outreach, and targeted online searches
  • Plan and manage employer branding events to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, universities, and professional organizations to source qualified candidates
  • Implement lead generation strategies to identify and connect with potential candidates through various channels
  • Pre-screen and qualify candidates based on experience and skillset
  • Manage and maintain a robust candidate database
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment
  • Analyze sourcing data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in talent sourcing or marketing
  • Proven experience in planning and executing events
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
  • Adept at relationship building and partnership development
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
  • A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce

  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of event marketing and sponsorship activation
