Job Title: Assistant Product Manager/SCRUM Master
Location: Service Seeking Manila (Remote)
-Applicant should be based in NCR (National Capital Region), Bulacan, Antipolo, Malabon, Laguna, Cavite or Baguio and can start immediately.

Position Overview:
Service Seeking Manila is on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Product Manager/SCRUM Master to join our dynamic team. If you have over 5 years of experience in a similar role—building enterprise software or web applications—and have a passion for driving agile practices, we want to hear from you You will be key to leading the day-to-day execution of our design and development teams, supporting our web application, as well as iOS and Android mobile applications, to ensure they meet user needs and align with our business objectives.

Agile Facilitation & Team Support

● Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure Agile principles are followed.

● Facilitate collaboration and communication across development and QA teams, ensuring alignment with product goals.

● Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, acting as the first line of support for technical and operational blockers.

Technical Planning & Strategy

● Analyze endorsed product requirements and specifications to draw up actionable technical plans and strategies.

● Collaborate with the technical team to estimate work, define sprint goals, and prioritize backlog items effectively.

● Coordinate with Product Manager and other applicable stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility, scope clarity, and alignment with business objectives.

Project Management

● Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.

● Create and maintain detailed project plans, progress reports, and release schedules.

● Manage risks, anticipate potential challenges, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Quality Assurance & Delivery

● Collaborate with QA teams to establish testing strategies and ensure quality standards are met

● Manage the deployment and release processes, ensuring products meet functional and technical expectations.

● Continuously improve processes to enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and product quality.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or a similar role in a software development environment.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve both technical and process-related challenges.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similar certification.

  • Experience creating technical plans from functional requirements.

  • Knowledge of software development practices, testing processes, and CI/CD workflows.
