We're hiring a
Scrum Master and Delivery Lead

— a hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives on Agile excellence
and

delivering product quality at scale. If you're passionate about building high-performing teams while ensuring top-tier product delivery, this role is for you.

You'll champion Agile best practices, own sprint planning and delivery health, while embedding a quality-first mindset across the engineering and product lifecycle. Ultimately, you'll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints to help the organization achieve operational and customer excellence. 

What's the role?

Agile & Delivery Ownership

• Lead agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, TPMs, and engineering teams to manage sprint scope and story readiness.
• Drive predictability, transparency, and accountability across sprint cycles.
• Resolve delivery blockers, promote continuous improvement, and coach teams to higher maturity.

Team Enablement

• Coach cross-functional teams on Agile mindset, servant leadership, and performance tracking.
• Act as a neutral facilitator to resolve team impediments and interpersonal conflict.
• Partner with TPMs and engineering leads to enhance workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Quality Leadership

• Define and drive quality assurance processes across SDLC.
• Partner with QA and engineering to ensure test strategy, test coverage, and release readiness.
• Champion shift-left testing approaches and quality automation goals.
• Be the guardian of "Done" — ensuring deliverables meet functional and non-functional standards.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of Agile project or delivery management experience in a
  B2B SaaS

Product company

- Hands-on experience with
Agile/Scrum delivery

and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of
software QA processes

— from test planning to defect triage would be great value-add.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, team velocity, and delivery health metrics.
- Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Scrum Master certification

is a must (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Bonus: Background in QA Engineering, or experience working with automation pipelines (Selenium, Postman, CI/CD tools).
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with diverse and distributed teams and clients.
