Also responsible for working with clients in doing product support for operations product.**Common accountabilities:*** The Product Management Associate is responsible for working with a Senior Business Analysts and scrum team to elicit business requirements and document user and system requirements . This position involves collaboration with internal stakeholders and teams to identify and address problems and to deliver solid, successful, innovative products and solutions that support our customer's objectives.* This position also includes supporting airline clients on UAT and production issues. It also involves working with implementation team during product upgrades.* Works autonomously within defined processes and procedures or methodologies, takes standard decisions and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature.* Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles or manager, with regular monitoring on the status of the assignments.* May have specialized formal education or the equivalent work experience and has the required technical and functional skills and basic knowledge of the business.**Specific Accountabilities:*** Perform Systems Analysis* Provides product support in UAT and product environment* Writes user stories, features, and product backlog items* Articulate business needs and translate it into backlog items that the team can refine and develop.* Performs product validation testing of new and existing functionalities* Performs product and implementation support as applicable* Assists with the creation and update of published user documentation* Assists more in requirements elicitation, research, issue investigation, and analysis.* Participate in agile events and lead refinement when applicable / required.**About the ideal candidate:*** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Management or similar discipline with good academic records* Exposure in functional requirements writing OR business/systems analysis OR business process design/consulting OR systems development OR systems testing a plus·* Good analytical, logic and problem solving skills* Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.* Proven discipline to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced and multi-cultural environment·* Excellent verbal and written communication skills·* Amenable to work on a 50% Hybrid setup and minimum 2x a week in office requirement·* Amenable to work in BGC Taguig******Diversity & Inclusion******Amadeus aspires to be a leader in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the tech industry, enabling every employee to reach their full potential by fostering a culture of belonging and fair treatment, attracting the best talent from all backgrounds, and as a role model for an inclusive employee experience.Amadeus is an equal opportunity employer.
