What you'll be doing

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, handling inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and chat
  2. Process travel requests and bookings efficiently and accurately
  3. Offer recommendations and alternatives to help clients find the best travel options
  4. Assist with trip planning, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
  5. Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  6. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  7. Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year GDS experience
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking platforms
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
  7. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
