Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and company financial policies.
- Coordinate and support both internal and external audit requirements.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.
- Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluation to accounting staff.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to address financial discrepancies and support business operations.
