Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recording and Posting Transactions

  2. Prepare and record daily journal entries (sales, expenses, disbursements, etc.).

  3. Maintain and update accounting books such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.

  4. Accounts Payable and Receivable

  5. Process invoices, vouchers, and payments.

  6. Monitor collections and follow up outstanding accounts.
  7. Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.

  8. Petty Cash and Reimbursements

  9. Monitor and replenish petty cash fund.

  10. Review and verify reimbursement requests for completeness and accuracy.

  11. Bank Transactions

  12. Prepare bank deposits and withdrawals.

  13. Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

  14. Financial Reporting

  15. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  16. Support budget preparation and expense monitoring.

  17. Compliance and Documentation

  18. Ensure all accounting records are properly filed and maintained.

  19. Assist in tax preparation, BIR compliance, and audit requirements.

  20. Other Administrative Duties

  21. Coordinate with other departments for accounting-related matters.

  22. Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager.
