Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and overseeing a team of field collectors to ensure timely and effective recovery of delinquent accounts. This role involves strategic territory planning, monitoring field activity, coaching collectors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. The supervisor serves as the key link between regional managers and the field team, ensuring collection targets are met while maintaining professionalism and integrity in all field operations.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of field collectors within the assigned area or region.
  • Strategically assign and optimize daily collection routes and fieldwork schedules.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against key metrics (e.g., recovery rate, productivity, completion rate).
  • Conduct field visits, ride-alongs, and regular check-ins to ensure effective execution and adherence to collection protocols.
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance management to improve collector efficiency and professionalism.
  • Escalate challenges or incidents (e.g., uncooperative debtors, security concerns) to the appropriate channels.
  • Collaborate with back-office teams for documentation, system updates, and case coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.
  • Submit timely reports and insights on team performance, field activity, and area conditions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in collections, sales, field operations, or team leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage field teams and meet operational targets.
  • Familiarity with collection processes, mobile tracking apps, and reporting tools.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned region. (Marikina, QC, Malabon, Valenzuela, Rizal)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php50,000.00 per month
