Job Summary:

• Collectors are responsible for collecting AR invoices, validating them, and preparing collection receipts with proper computation and complete attachments for every deduction in the invoices. To follow up on collections and their status.

Qualifications:

• At least college level; a degree or coursework in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field is an advantage.
• With prior experience as a Collector or Messenger, preferably in distribution, logistics, or FMCG industry.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Can drive both manual and automatic motorcycles safely and efficiently.
• Familiar with Metro Manila routes and nearby provinces.
• Trustworthy and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility in handling payments and company documents.
• Physically fit and capable of performing fieldwork daily.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients or customers.
• Can work under minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring proper documentation of collections and deliveries.
• Willing to work extended hours and perform other tasks as needed.
