DATA CENTER SHIFT SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Under the general supervision of the Data Center Operations (DCO) Head, runs the information processing aspects of the data center for a production environment, implements and observes job scheduling of operational programs, backup procedures, and output management.
  • Performs monitoring of the status of all online services and critical resources and processes that may affect online availability.
  • Performs monitoring of net settlement position based on provided monitoring tools to effectively minimize settlement risk exposure of BancNet.
  • Function as Shift Lead and assume the responsibility of his shift.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of any computer-related course
  • Must have at least 5 years of s working experience as a Data Center Operator / Data Center Specialist
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience as a Supervising Data Center Operator / Supervising Data Center Specialist
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferably with knowledge in basic networking
  • With knowledge of the use of AIX/Unix-based systems
  • Knowledge in relational databases is a plus facto
  • Should have the skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verball
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
