We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor who already has a team of skilled Call Center Agents to join our dynamic and innovative team.
Position Summary:
The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Call Center Agents to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role focuses on B2B outbound sales, Lead generation, primarily through cold calling and email outreach to prospective shippers in the USA and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Call Center Agents to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Actively identify, contact, and engage prospective shippers from the US and Canada through cold calling and email correspondence (B2B sales).
- Present and explain the company's logistics and freight services to potential clients.
- Understand customer transportation needs and provide tailored freight solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Set performance targets, track results, and monitor team progress against deadlines.
- Evaluate team performance, identify skill gaps, and organize training sessions to enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance reports as requested by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Must have an existing team of Call Center Agents ready to join.
- Experience working with customers from the USA and Canada is required.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Dynamic, result-oriented, and self-driven professional.
- Experience in freight brokerage or logistics is a strong plus.
