About the role

Join Maayo Hotel as our Food and Beverage Manager. This is a full-time position based in Mandaue City, Cebu, where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee the hotel's food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, catering, and room service
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the hotel's F&B offerings and drive revenue growth
  3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of talented F&B professionals to ensure excellent customer service
  4. Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination and a cohesive guest experience
  5. Monitor and control budgets, inventory, and other financial aspects of the F&B operations
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
  7. Continuously research industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Food and Beverage Manager role within the hospitality industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a hotel's F&B operations
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders
  5. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
  6. Thorough understanding of food and beverage trends, quality standards, and industry regulations
  7. Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
