Role Description:

The
QMD Supervisor
is responsible for overseeing QMD operations, ensuring timely and accurate monitoring of documents, feedback, and commitments. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to maintain service quality, comply with internal policies, and meet turnaround times (TAT).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring, reviewing, and updating documentary requirements and draft statuses
  • Coordinating feedback with concerned units and ensuring responses within defined timelines
  • Scheduling and facilitating meetings, policy launches, and process reviews
  • Providing technical support and guidance to policy owners, process owners, and stakeholders
  • Conducting quality checks and ensuring adherence to QMD policies
  • Managing document uploads, approvals, and safekeeping through company workflows
  • Supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining alignment across departments
  • This role plays a critical part in upholding RFC's quality standards and ensuring operational efficiency across all documentation and compliance processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or any related business/engineering course
  • At least
    3 years
    supervisory or managerial experience
  • At least
    5 years
    technical or related experience (quality assurance, process flow, or similar functions)
  • Strong background in documentation, process evaluation, and policy implementation
  • Knowledge of quality assurance practices and compliance standards
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and handling document workflows is an advantage
