  • Recruitment and accreditation of independent brokers and realty firms
  • Conduct product/project orientation for member sellers of Broker Realty and independent brokers
  • Lead the broker network in activities that require group participation, such as assembly, rally, training, open house, and other sales events that will include brokers' attendance and participation.
  • Visit realty and broker offices, and spread off-site activities participated by brokers and other external seller groups that will create a direct business impact on ETII, such as exhibits, trade fairs, and others
  • Participate and represent ETII along with the HOS in activities organized and facilitated by brokers like, but not limited to, PAREB, REBAP, NREA, Phil RES, PRRESP, and others
  • Conceptualize and establish sales programs for the broker sales channel.
  • handle broker segments selling requirements (documents), including management of issues and concerns.
  • Monitor actual execution of sales programs and keep the broker network updated with inventory and project development.
  • Keep an essential database of both network and performance per broker group and independent brokers.
  • Manage Leads directly derived from BNG Initiatives.
  • Implement network policies and regulations that maintain decorum in the conduct of selling operations.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on the network's performance and activities, for which ETII has extended support
