We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our e-commerce marketing initiatives. You'll be in charge of building and executing end-to-end digital strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, paid ads, social, email, content, influencer, marketplaces)
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates
  • Manage budgets, track performance, and provide actionable insights
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals
  • Strengthen customer engagement and retention programs

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field
  • 4–7 years experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in e-commerce
  • Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, email marketing, CRO, and A/B testing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
