Megawide is currently seeking an innovative and results-driven Procurement Engineer responsible for negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors on cost, quality, lead time, payment terms, and warranties; preparing procurement documents for approval; assisting with bid quotations; and ensuring compliance with contracts.

Job Description:

  • Implement negotiation strategies with suppliers and subcontractors on cost, quality, lead time, payment terms, and warranties to maximize benefits for the company.
  • Prepare, issue, and endorse Purchase Orders (PO), Job Orders (JO), Change Orders, Amendments, and other procurement-related requests for approval, within approved SLAs and AOR.
  • Ensure compliance with supply and service agreements/contracts.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering, preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least five (5) years of working experience in the same capacity.
  • Experience as Quantity Surveyor is an advantage.
  • Tunnel experience is a plus.
  • Experience in MS Office Application, SAP or alike is an advantage.
