  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (e.g., timekeeping, attendance, 201 files).
  • Prepare HR documents like employment contracts, memos, and certificates.
  • Handle the attendance and payroll of the third party employees.
  • Collect and verify timesheets or attendance reports.
  • Process the billing of the third party providers.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Help organize company events, employee engagement programs, and training.
  • Support the team in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Generate basic HR reports
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
