Job Description:

  • Responsible for delivering expected Collection Targets in accordance to the Association/Building Administration Inc. approved Billing and Collection policies and procedure; and application of the corporate iFae system.
  • Responsible for timely, accurate and consistent submission of generated Collection Reports to Property and Financial Heads.
  • Support the Property Manager in finance and administrative related activities in the property.
  • Maintain complete and accurate manual and automated records and database management systems and account tagging with the use of iFae system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management or any related finance related field.
  • At least one (1) year experience in Collection or Billing is preferred but not required.
