The compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for overseeing employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases, as well as benchmark compensation.

Brief Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Submit a report of new and separated employees to Government Agencies in a timely manner (R1A, ER2)
  • Prepares payment requests for SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PHILHEALTH to be submitted to the accounting department
  • Provide assistance to employees in submission and follow-up of Government/Bank/Company Loan Processes
  • Provide assistance to employees in submission and follow-up of Government and/or Company Benefits
  • Enrollment, Transfer, and Updating of employee's BIR Status
  • Enrolling New Tin Number thru BIR online electronic registration
  • Inputs names and attendance at Incentive Commission System of qualified Promodisers.
  • Prepare and update compensation benchmarking of all positions
  • Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology/Administration/ Human Resources Management or related course
  • With at least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong knowledge of updated Government initiated loans and benefits
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php25,000.00 per month
